What will your form of exercise be this weekend?

Exercise has been proven time and time again to help nearly every aspect of your life. Exercise  helps brainpower, bone density, blood circulation, helps fight off disease, lose weight, and prevents arthiritis, just to name a few.

It’s easy to say you’re going to exercise. but when are you actually going to do it? It seems like it’s going to be  a great-weathered weekend. Why not finally do instead of just talking about it this weekend!

Go to a Saturday morning yoga class or a leisurly bike ride or just a Sunday evening walk or jog. Gardening is another great form of exercise, as well as cleaning. If you’re sweating, you’re working!

So, get on those chores and start sweating this weekend!
